Women's Shoe Fit Model If the shoe fits...we want you to join our team! Amazon.com is looking for a Women's Shoe Fit Model to try on our shoe selection and provide fit feedback to help our customers make the best purchasing decisions. The perfect Cinderella must have the perfect Size 8, medium width foot (we will verify this during the interview process), possess strong communication skills, a willingness to spend the majority of the day on your feet, will agree to maintain a perfect shoe size 8 during the course of employment. This full-time position is located in our Hebron, KY facility, approximately 15 minutes outside of Cincinnati. Responsibilities: Tries on our footwear and accurately provides information on the fit, arch support, and comfort. Measures shoe heel heights and handbag measurements, and ensures the accuracy of these measurements Enters all fit and measurement information into a database, must be well-versed in standard office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to troubleshoot as needed. Assures the organization of samples, repacks items, and can multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Assists in Quality Control in reviewing product information on the website for accuracy, must be comfortable navigating websites and familiar with online shopping.The ideal candidate will be: Efficient: Able to multitask, is highly organized, and meets deadlines. Always looking for better processes and modes of communication so the team is as efficient as it can be. Resilient: Must be flexible and adaptable to changes in the workplace and able to learn new technical skills and tools quickly. A Self-starter: Must be self-motivated, and able to identify a problem then follow it through to resolution. Possess good communication skills in person, on the phone, and in e-mail. This role will be located in a remote location- must be able to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision.Position Specifications: Must have a size 8, medium width foot Must be between 5’5” and 5’9” tall (boots will not fit consistently otherwise).
