About the Company

A newly established marketing & distribution company specializing in the sales of hobby products is seeking Sales Manager with a positive leadership style. Knowledge and interest in the Radio Control product and hobby industry a plus. This candidate will be responsible for the leadership, growth, and direction of all sales activity. Will establish sales team from ground up to achieve maximum profitability and productivity.

Duties:

This position requires the following responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES in order of importance. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Develops sales team, territory management and planning.

2. Identify target market.

3. Establishes and maintains client relationships and programs.

4. Evaluates and maintains customer pricing and profitability.

5. Ensures support for sales team via ride-alongs, team meetings, and 1-on-1s.

6. Manages the selection, termination, development, measurement, motivation, and cooperation of the sales staff. Recruits new sales force.

7. Monitors sales team performance and communicates results to individuals, teams, the division and headquarters 

* Assist in other duties as required such as special assignments as designated by management from time to time. 

Skills/Qualifications:

Basic computer skills required includes MS Word and Excel. Background in radio control products and hobby sales experience a plus. Positive attitude a must, minimum high school diploma required.
