Purpose As a Workflow Specialist, you will ensure that all functions of RPC are completed timely and efficiently. You will perform all computerized functions, including end of day. You will provide support, leadership, and direction to all RPC team members.See Yourself: Being responsible for same day processing and deposits of all Target credit product payments by managing the flow of work Directing team members to complete payment workflow Ensuring multiple reports and system are in balance before completing end of day Troubleshooting system issue and out of balance situations before opening maintenance tickets Providing feedback and suggestions to leadership on improving team member production and workflow efficiency Performing batch edits to guest accounts Producing Cash Letter Summary Reports for bank deposits and transmitting ACH files Ensuring that guest payment extract data and bank transmissions are accurate and timely Completing end of day functions Rotating weekend coverage to manage the workflow of the department Accurately analyzing returns from bank using web based system, problem solving the issue and repairing the item Assisting in all areas of workflow as necessary Projecting a positive, professional attitude to provide an excellent example for the team Completing special projects as assigned Job Requirements Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED Must have Windows background Ability to direct a large group of team members Ability to communicate with a diverse workforce and external vendors in a logical, courteous and thorough manner Ability to plan and organize the daily workflow Detail oriented with ability to understand and compute statistical and financial information Ability to make sound decisions Excellent at multi-tasking and willing to perform any function as needed Capable of lifting and carrying 25 pounds Effective in a large team environment Willing to adjust schedule for fluctuating mail volumes, including weekend rotation Desired Requirements: 4 year business degree or related experience Payment processing experience See The Rewards Eligible team members will receive one of the best earnings packages anywhere, including competitive pay, all-around insurance coverage, 401(k), flexible scheduling, training and development and many other perks and benefits.
