Zone Manager - Retail Private Label

Our client is a major and successful dairy manufacturer and they have an immediate need for a Retail Zone Manager for private label products.  Strong dairy experience is required, preferably with private label exposure.E ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: · Manage sales and profit per the budget in assigned territory for private label and converter business.· Execute all sales & marketing strategies and tactics as directed.· Exhibit professionalism at all times with customers.· Work closely with customer service, pricing and production planning associates.· Build, maintain and manage positive relationships with customers.· Ability to pursue new business opportunities and to penetrate new accounts.· Manage all required sales administrative functions effectively and in a timely manner.P POSITION REQUIREMENTS:  · Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.· 5 or more years of direct sales experience in Dairy, preferably with bulk cheese. · Must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail and professionalism.· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).· Travel required 3-5 nights a month.· Candidate must reside in Wisconsin, Minneapolis, or Chicago.In order to be considered you MUST include a Word resume and salary requirements with your response.  MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
