Email: Apply by Email lucy activewear - merchandise allocator Being self-motivated in an entrepreneurial manner, creative and a problem-solver is essential to success in this role.  purpose:  The Merchandise Allocator is responsible for executing and analyzing style/color/size store specific allocations.  This position provides their key input to identify current business trends and recommends ways to maximize profitability from a store, product specific perspective. This person will interface closely with merchandising, planning, distribution, visual, and the stores.   essential duties and responsibilities: - Allocate product categories at the store/style/size level to meet category goals- Determine size breakouts and depth needs by store for initial product allocations- Allocate goods for new stores and track progress to goals at a style color and top line level- Work with key interfaces to implement and execute new systems and processes that support the departmental vision- Ensure stores are kept in stock on volume producing items- Replenish styles on an ongoing basis- Identify and execute transfer opportunities that will maximize sales- Identify allocation issues, propose solutions, and communicate clearly- Ensure Director is well informed of all key matters- Communicate regularly with stores- Actively participate in the cross functional team to drive the business  qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
