Assist in developing sales plans and incorporate motivational methods of attainment •Train and provide ongoing coaching to a staff of 8-10 in all areas of our business including selling techniques, operations, merchandise standards, product information and customer scenarios. •Identify and maintain partnerships within the active community, key influencers, FOL; host events and be an expert on local market demands and competitors •Assist in company implementations •Obtain and communicate customer needs and feedback to District Manager and company members. •Assist in hiring, scheduling, personnel performance writing and identifying future talent. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
