Recruit and train new sales representatives. 2. Implement and administer sales programs. 3. Coordinate sales and operational efficiencies. 4. Train, coach, and motivate sales representatives to generate leads. 5. Track and analyze key ratios, which promote market growth. 6. Inform sales representatives of latest sales policies, techniques, pricing, equipment and technology. 7. Conduct frequent sales meetings. 8.
