Currently we are seeking an experienced. Account Manager. Our clients count on Classic to provide exceptional protection services and a hands-on approach to securing their property.  You will be responsible for all aspects of the client relationship. 

 

Responsibilities include:

 Responding to client issues and complaints.Effective communication with the clients.Frequent site visits to client locations.Proactive communication with clients.Up selling additional services.Requirements

 Minimum 5 years account management experienceProfessional interpersonal communication skills.Problem solving ability is essential.Organization and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills and ability to manage calendar, schedule appointments and follow up on open items.Ability to work independently.Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word.Must be adept at using technology such as Blackberry/cell phone/laptop computer, to communicate with office and clients while off-site.Clear driving record.

 

 

Prior experience in contract security or related industry is preferred.
