Account Managers Needed - Interviews May 13th - Up to $100k First Year!

Account Managers
Work with Sales Manager to define and develop territory in new sales. Identify potential clients via research and networking. Collaborate with Marketing Department for strategic positioning. Work closely with staff from Intertek divisions to position the Intertek service package. Conduct cold/warm calls. Attend/participate in trade shows. Make client presentations. Maintain quote/order and lead levels. Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Write and follow-up on proposals. Maintain sales database. Follow through on sales transactions.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in terms of education, training, and experience. Two years successful account management or sales experience directly related to the market and assigned accounts of the specific position. Market and assigned accounts will vary dependent upon the specific Account Manager position. Have a proven track record of territory growth and individual account growth. Must be self-motivated and assertive and have the ability to work independently. Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and superior presentation skills. Must possess strong organizational and time management skills. Working knowledge of computer systems, i.e. Microsoft Office is essential. Experience working with diverse teams (engineering, operations, marketing). Business to business sales experience is preferred. Ability to travel at least 50% of the time. Physical dexterity/mobility to travel via car, airplane and perform all clerical functions inherent to the position.
Realistic first year for the HVAC position is low $100's at plan, depending upon the hiring salary. Second year potential will increase to about $130-$140k at plan. Generally, it is 60-40 Commission to salary, a little lower percentage on the commission portion the first year. The HVAC position is heavy new business development, only a handful of existing accounts and is regional (OR, WA,CA, UT, etc).
