Administrative Assistant/Proofreader

Investigative Solutions, Inc. is a full-service investigation firm based in the Midwest. We provide services to insurance companies, self insureds and defense counsel. We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Proofreader in our Northwest Indiana office located in Crown Point, IN. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Director of Surveillance.

 

The primary role of the Administrative Assistant/Proofreader will be to assist the Director of Surveillance to proofread, invoice and distribute finish product to our customer. 

Qualifications

 

The Ideal candidate for this position would have a bachelor's degree or, secretarial certificate and related work experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) with excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills with a with strong attention to detail. The successful candidate should have the ability to work efficiently, effectively, and independently with minimal supervision, and to see projects through to conclusion. This position will pay approximately $10.00 to 15.00 depending on experience.
