Business Development Coordinator

Diamond Detective Agency, Inc. is a growing national security guard services agency with over 1100 employees providing security services in 16 states across the U.S. We are seeking confident, well spoken individuals to work in our Corporate Office.

Responsibilities:Become a proactive member of our inside sales team focusing on quota achievement and profitability supplying qualified leads to Business Development Associates. Making calls to prospective clients (non-residential) Cold call, lead generation Document call activity and follow up activity in our in-house database Generating appointments from our extensive database for our national Sales/Business Development Team Candidate will also be responsible to assist with general office duties for other departments

Requirements:High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years experience in call center environment 1-2 years of outbound, business-to-business cold calling and appointment setting experience Must be energetic, highly motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic, honest, ambitious and results -oriented personality who appreciates a service-focused, integrity-based, relationship selling environment. Must have comfort and skill to navigate through all levels of an organization Must have basic computer skills, strong communication skills, persistence and the ability to overcome objections. Must be well organized.
