Coordinator Regional Operations

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARYAssist in the day to day sales operation tasks, such as answering sales rep/tech questions regarding commission and reports, entering new sales rep/tech contracts, enter signing and recruiting bonuses.Complete assignments from Sales Operations Manager, Tech Coordinator, and Director of Sales Operations as directed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESUpdate and maintain the data in the recruits database. Perform assigned audits and provide technical support for the Regional Manager, Managers and sales reps in regards to reports and the recruits database. Receive all new signed contracts from the managers and enter the sales rep/tech as signed in the recruits database.  Enter all compensation information for the new contractor. Enter all signing and recruiting bonuses into the recruits database to ensure managers are deducted accordingly. Assist accounting in the creation of new personnel files.Track and enter backend deductions into the recruits database, work with accounting to ensure the correct accounting codes are used to ensure accounting accuracy. Work with office managers to ensure attendance is being completed on a regular basis.Conduct periodic audits on the recruits database to ensure correct information.Take inbound calls from sales reps and techs regarding commission payments and occasional questions about open tickets, points, sales tickets, upgrades, etc…Assist area managers with questions regarding incentives; overlook the incentive integration report before daily incentive payments are made. WORKING REQUIREMENTS/CONDITIONSEducation/Certification: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.Required Experience: Minimum (1) work history.Required Knowledge: General knowledge of summer sales programs.Special Skills/Abilties: Must have basic computer and phone skills.  Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, and data entry processes. Must have excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely provide and disseminate information to co-workers and sales/tech force.  Must provide confidentiality and restraint when handling sensitive information.
