Corporate Investigator (AL/RI)

Review Incident Reports written by Security Officers on a daily basis. Investigate cases involving theft, counterfeit, fraud, harassment, discrimination, and other crime-related cases. Includes interviewing of victims, witnesses, and suspects, and gathering of evidence. For cases in other states and/or countries, supervision of officers conducting the investigation is required. Maintain evidence and evidence log; keep track of Chain of Custody. Create statistics of cases from HQ, Oregon, Dallas, and Philippines to present to Director of Security. Write reports on investigative cases and inform Director level and/or above of case findings. Update Security Intranet Site with safety and security tips, forms, policies, and security contact information. Maintain Lost and Found items through inventory, supplement reports, and postings on the Maxim Intranet. Complete eleven goals/projects each quarter, aside from the regular duties of the job. On-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event of emergencies; respond to emergency situations. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Director of Security.

Requirements: 2 year degree or higher required Minimum of 2 years experience as an Investigator Strong oral and written communication skills Experience in a corporate organization Detailed oriented Word, Excel, Access, PC Forensic experience a plus
