This is a highly visible and strategic position within HS&CE.Responsibilities:  Deliver Revenue, Gross Margin and Operating Income Objectives for Commercial Systems (comprising Panels, Keypads, Communications & Sensors) Deliver STRAP, AOP and Annual Marketing Plan for Commercial Systems (including vision, strategy and  business plan) Drive Voice-Of-The-Customer, Market Research and Competitor Tracking for commercial  markets As a leading member of the Global Marketing team, deliver Commercial system-level roadmaps consistent with STRAP objectives, comprising incremental and breakthrough New Product Innovation Leadership of a team of product and marketing management professionals responsible for managing all aspects of  lifecycle of Commercial  Products including definition, development, launch, forecasting and end-of-life. Work closely with the sales organization and channel partners to strengthen business in target verticals. Working in partnership with the Channel Marketing organization develop marketing programs and promotions to drive dealer channel penetration. Contribute to development of a superior marketing organization, through recruitment, training, mentoring, management and adoption of new marketing processes.Qualifications:Blue-chip strategic and tactical marketing experience. B2B complex sales experience preferred. Ability to influence others and drive organizational change Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize data, and to drive innovative thinking into the business Significant experience applying best-class practices for product management and product marketing Strong competitive market and trend analysis experience Strong experience leading cross-functional teams Action driven and able to integrate an entrepreneurial culture MBA from Top 10 Business School preferred Experience in security  or other B2B products with high technology content preferred Experience in standards or regulation driven industry preferred.
