Job summary
Director of Operations is responsible for day-to-day operations with primary focus of taking care of the Pond officers (health & welfare, training, performance, standards etc.) and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our services. 

Summary of essential job functions

1.       Ensure officers have proper supervision, training, and tools necessary to successfully perform their jobs to the complete satisfaction of our clients.

2.       Communicate with clients on a regular basis to make sure we are meeting their needs.

3.       Direct, oversee, and evaluate the  daily workload of office staff and sales team

4.       Ensure company and employees are in compliance with Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) regulations.

5.       Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

6.       Oversee training academy, instructors, and program curriculum.

7.       Coordinate proposal, negotiation and contract process.

8.       Establish and maintain new client contracts and ensure existing contracts are being run properly and with customer and employee satisfaction.

9.       Identify deficiencies and take corrective action.

10.    Supervise hiring process.

11.    Financial accountability of office including purchasing and budget preparation.

Minimum requirements

1.       10+ Years management experience, preferably in a commercial or military security setting.

2.       Bachelor's Degree in related field.

3.       DCJS certification preferred or have the ability to become certified (Compliance Agent, Instructor)

4.       Ability to draft contract language and correspondence, write and negotiate appropriate and effective proposals and amendments and identify/communicate any risks or liabilities.

5.       Project management, planning, budgeting, presentation, training, interviewing and coaching skills.

6.       Significant leadership, communication, team, interpersonal, and organization skills.
