JOB SUMMARY - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Supporting several executives within ABM Security’s division offices including but not limited to the Executive VPs, Division Controller and Assistant Controller, Regional VPs, Division Director of HR & Risk/Safety.  The Executive Assistant will provide advanced, diversified and confidential administrative and financial support.  On a daily basis will exercise discretion in judgment, will possess a high level of analytical and organizational skills to support the varied tasks and deadlines that are required daily, will reflect positively on the executives and organization in all customer/external contacts, will exude professional, well organized, poised, articulate, literate, well-spoken behavior.

 

INTERACTIONS (Primary Contacts):

Regularly interacts with senior division and corporate executives, department heads, internal and external clients, and co-workers

 

MACHINERY/EQUIPMENT/TOOLS OPERATIONS:

Equipment used on the job may include some or all of the following: computer, telephone, copier, fax machine, A/V equipment, automobile, etc.
