The Facilities Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining HF facilities in a clean, safe, and sound manner. - Perform operational maintenance on all HF household equipment. Keep facility clean at all times. Coordinate with contractors when required for facilities related projects. Maintain good working relations with the building Landlord and support staff. Perform functions as directed by management. - Knowledge of maintenance operations. - Good communication skills - Must be multitasked - Vendor management. - Experience with maintenance operations in a 250+ staff office a plus - Computer skills such as Microsoft Word a plusOTHER REQUIREMENT: - High school diploma - Light lifting required
