Chenega Security & Protection Services, LLCJob DescriptionJob Title: Site Lead / SupervisorContract: Contingent AwardReports To: Director of OperationsFLSA Status: Regular Full-time Non-Exempt Location: Fort Bragg, NC SummaryResponsible for synchronizing the OmniView System Operator services and serves as the primary interface with the COR in executing all support tasks. As a minimum, the OSVO Site Lead / Supervisor shall be experienced in techniques for issuing written and verbal orders and assuring full compliance with all terms and conditions of this contract.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThe Site Lead / Supervisor directly supervises all employees.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position • The Site Lead / Supervisor and/or alternate shall maintain, recommend updates and ensure compliance with the internal Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) for security.• Administers instructions to all security personnel assigned to their area and assures that all officers assigned are familiar with the facility and their duties. Will also be certain that all officers assigned to their shift receive and understand new, changed, or special instructions. • Accountable for the proper use and maintenance of all equipment used at the site by the officers assigned to the area. • The Site Lead / Supervisor will accurately maintain all field file personnel records of employees assigned to the area. These records include, but are not limited to, time and attendance, disciplinary actions, recommendations for promotions, demotions, status/payroll change reports, etc. • Manages the staffing of posts in order to ensure complete coverage. This includes, but is not limited to, coverage for vacations, illness, and call-offs. • The Site Lead / Supervisor is to ensure clarify, completeness, accuracy and legibility review all written reports generated before distribution is made. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or ExperienceBA/BS Degree in business administration or a related discipline preferred with a minimum of ten years of experience in Government Contracting, Military Operations or Program Management with five years of which are directly related to Program Management. Prior experience in military law enforcement or civilian law enforcement a must. Other Skills? Strong personnel management skills.? Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.? Superior knowledge, analytical, persuasion, and problem solving skills relative to health, safety, environmental, and business matters.? Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks simultaneously.? Capable of assimilating and critically evaluating information.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations? Must be a U.S. Citizen.? A valid driver’s license is required?
