Our continued success and growth has produced a need for a talented Office Administrator

 Position Description

 

*Assist in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Indianapolis, IN office to include:

    *Managing phone traffic

    *Scheduling appointments for both sales representatives and installation technicians

    *General Filing and Data Entry

    *Other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications

 

*Strong organizational skills are a must

*Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel

*Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy office environment

*1-2 years experience in an administrative support role

* Strong attention to detail, good follow-up skills
