Loomis, the leader in providing Armored, ATM and Cash Management Services to commercial customers and financial institutions is looking for Armed Driver/Guards & CMS TELLERS to join our team at our Milwaukee, WI & Madison,WI branches.  Think of us as the nation’s largest integrated cash distribution network. General Duties for Armed Driver/Guards:

Drive automatic and standard shift vehicles weighing from 21,000 to 26,000 pounds gvw making stops at a minimum of 30 customer locations per day on a designated route.

 

Pickup/deliver customer change order/deposits carrying a minimum of 50 pounds by hand or up to several hundreds pounds by cart.

 

Load/unload vehicle cargo consisting of several bags and boxes of coin, weighing as much as 50 lbs. per item, between 2-4 times daily, 5 days per week.

 

Count items, record amounts and serial numbers, sign and date receipts and manifests.

 

Communicate verbally with customers and via telephone and two-way radio to report emergencies and approach to Loomis Fargo facility.

 

Performance of the above functions requires:

· Must be 21 years of age.Ability to perform repetitious heavy lifting and carriage of items by hand in an unrestricted manner for significant distances (several yards).Ability to push/pull dollies/carts loaded with cargo weighing up to several-hundred pounds.Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out.Possession  of valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle safely in accordance with Driver Physical Qualifications established by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration.Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.Ability to sign and record numbers by hand.Ability to meet State requirements for handgun license/permit of Security Officer Commission.

Typical Duties / Responsibilities for CMS Tellers:

Open and verify contents of shipment against receipt

Separate checks and currency

Count and verify each shipment

Consolidate multiple location customer deposits

Prepare deposit slips

Prepare change orders

Perform other duties as required



Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to read, count, add, subtract, write and record numbers

Ability to perform simple computer data entry

Ability and skill using 10-key adding machine by touch

Unrestricted wrist, hand and finger dexterity

High school diploma and/or two to four years in banking industry a plus 

Accuracy and speed sufficient to process an average of 25 individual deposits and at least 10 change orders per 8-hour shift
