Junior Accountant / Accounts Receivable  

 

Paragon Systems, Inc., a growing company in the physical security industry is currently seeking an individual to fill the role of Junior Accountant in the Corporate Office.  This position reports to the Director of Finance.


Duties: Process invoices. Code accounts. Set up and administer prompt billing of clientsCompiling invoice support materialsResearching client invoicing questions Address aging issues. Ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:1 + years experience. Excellent PC skills.Good organizational skillsDeadline and detailed oriented

 

Prior experience with MAS200 a plus
