We are currently seeking a high profile Control Room Supervisor with a starting salary of $ 20.00 per hour.

Previous corporate experience in control room operations and security systems required. Computer skills must match level needed to complete daily tasks.

Individuals should have excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills to accurately complete incident reports and other required documents as well as respond to security issues.

Job Requirements Minimum of  2 - 3 years Supervisory experience Candidate must possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent Current valid New York State Security Guard License is a plus The ideal candidate must be able to work weekends Excellent communication and customer service skills  Ability to work well in a team environment  Ability to work well in a fast paced environment

Job Description

 

· Manage Security Control room program for our company at the client site

· Develop strong client relationship

·  Make recommendations of potential improvements to security program

· Manage control room and become knowledgeable with systems and be able to communicate clearly if questions are asked  

· Establish site-specific initial and on-going training program for new and existing security officers for the control room systems

· Anticipate, identify and solve challenges
