QC/TRAINING MANAGER

MVM Inc. has a excellent opportunity for an experienced QC/Training Manager.  This position is responsible for coordinating the development of the contracts quality control activities and developing training programs for employees and supervisors. As well as auditing the QC system relating to the execution of contract mandates and in support of the overall security of the site(s). The QC/Training Manager may also be dually responsible for the organized, planned and evaluated training designed to achieve specific learning objectives.  Training may occur on site, in a classroom setting or supervised on the job training.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods.

§ Develops and maintains on-going curriculum updates and follow-up instruction.

§ Develop, review and/or assist in developing the QC policies and procedures in support of effective security operations.

§ Audit compliance with QC policies and procedures. Report audit results to upper management. Create plans for maintaining contract compliance.

§ Conduct on site posts inspections.

§ Must be flexible to work some weekends or evenings.  

§ Provide and document staff training on quality-related policies, tools for improving meetings, and tools for problem solving.

§ Conducts site inspections in order to ensure the integrity, effectiveness and efficiency of government contract operations.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

1.  Bachelor’s degree or minimum experience of 2-5 years of conducting training in a service-based industry and experience monitoring for quality of security/law enforcement personnel. Relevant experience may substitute education qualification.

2.  In-depth knowledge of QA/QC practices. 

3.  Experience in MS Office and other Microsoft programs a plus.

4.  General understanding of government structure, operations, and the contracting system.

5.  Ability to effectively and clearly articulate thoughts, positions, policies and procedures, both orally and written.

6.  Ability to analyze training needs and prepare special courses or related manuals.

7.  Firearms Instructor Certification (i.e., NRA, Military, etc.)

8.  CPR / First Aid Certified Instructor

9.  Ability to pass FPS suitability.
