We are currently hiring:Employment Audit Specialist

 



Responsibilities:

 

Ø  Reviews and processes I9’s and documents relating to background screening, guard licensing & registration, training, and client contract requirements.

 

Ø  Returns non-compliant documents to the branches for correction.

 

Ø  Responds to branch request for assistance with the audit program compliance or voluntarily offers assistance when a compliance difficulty is noted.

 

Ø  Assists Compliance Manager with assigned projects.

 

Ø  Fills in during absence of Compliance Manager.

 

 

Requirements:

 

2 years human resources and background screening experience. Experience with processing I9’s. Excellent administrative, communication, computer, and customer service skills. Candidates must have exceptional attention to detail skills, be able to work with minimum supervision and demonstrate the ability to use sound judgment.

 

Pay Rate: $15/hr.
