EOE M/F/D/V Scheduling Manager Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. has an opening for a Scheduling Manager in our Tampa, FL location.   Duties include: The functions listed describe the business purpose of this job. Additional duties may be assigned, and functions may be modified, according to business necessity. n  Independently manage, establish, maintain and review schedules. n Provide management support for shared services functions including payroll processes including correcting discrepancies in a timely manner; data input; and other duties as required by Branch Management. n Maintain current knowledge of site contracts and requirements of security officer training, availability and time worked, and of client exclusion lists.n Match available staff to posts. Notify staff of schedules. Maintain site coverage at all times, track time off requests, respond to emergency situations.n Minimize avoidable overtime through effective scheduling strategies. n Contact and re-deploy staff to fill call-offs.  n Respond to schedule changes and client requests.  n Control processes in automated resource systems. Education/Experience:  Associate’s Degree and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.  All candidates must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey.  EOE/AAP  M/F/D/V
