We are seeking Professional & Reliable Security Area Manager for the Maryland / Virginia Area.

 

Key Responsabilities:

 

* Develop and maintain long - term relationships with clients.

* Identify client's needs and problems; create solutions for

  immediate correction.

* Design security programs/plants to protect and minimize

  risks to client's facilities.

* Recruit select, hire and train prospective employees for

  office and client needs.

* Clean Criminal record.

* Train security personnel on operational functions specific

  to client's needs.

* Develop security procedures for security personnel assigned

to client facilities.

* Conduct security surveys and threat assessments for customers.

* Ensure retention of both clients and security officers.

* Recommend/ implement innovative and progressive ideas

  to maximize efficiency.

* Ensure company's policies, procedures and quality  assurance

standards are met.

* Neat and Professional Appearance.

* Friendly and Professional customer service.

* Must have active Phone .

* Must have Reliable Transportation.

 

 

$40,000.00 Annual Salary, Company Vehicle, Gas Card
