Security Dispatcher Supervisor
SRSI (Security Response Services, Inc.) is a U.L. listed, state of the art central station that is located in Bloomington, MN.
Summary:
Full-time Security Dispatcher Supervisor (2 postions available)
Monday-Friday 7 am to 3 pm (1st shift)
Thursday-Monday 8 pm to 4 am (3rd shift to include weekends)
These positions will require flexibility in shift hours as the call center is open 24/7. The Security Dispatcher Supervisor monitors alarm systems from residential and commercial customers using Computer Aided Dispatch Software.The qualified candidate will also be able to perform both supervisory and administrative duties. Previous experience in a similiar environment is required.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Monitoring alarm systems for residential and commercial customers. Answering multiple phone lines. Utilizing strong customer service skills in a fast paced environment. Handling varying and unpredictable situations. Prioritizing and reacting to multiple communications. Reacting calmly and paying close attention to detail under stressful conditions. Multi-tasking and making decisions quickly. Data entry.Administrative and supervisory duties.
Qualifications:12 months of related supervisory or customer service experience required.Flexibility and reliability. Verifiable High school diploma or GED. 18 years of age or older. Clear criminal background check (except minor traffic violations). Ability to read, write & communicate in English. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Seven years of verifiable background. Negative drug & alcohol test. Reasonable employment history.
