Security/Front Desk for Condominium--32 hrs/week

Property Management Company seeks Security Officers to maintain safe and secure grounds, building, and vehicles by guarding property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.


Job entails providing prompt and courteous service, resolving tenant and visitor complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advising the Property Manager of all serious complaints or incidences.



The Security Officer must patrol property, ensure that all entering the facility have proper authority, warn violators of rule infractions and notify police and/or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized persons.

 

In addition, job requires completing daily security report summarizing all occurrences, recording data, preparing incident reports, ensuring proper follow-through on all directives, bulletins, schedules from the Property Manager, and maintaining a good flow of communication with other personnel.



The ideal candidate will have one to three years of recent work experience in the security field, and the ability to interact with tenants and employees.  Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as a valid Drivers License are also required.

 

Must have the ability to work various shifts, weekends and/or nights.
