Security Team Lead

JOB SUMMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Accountable for shift compliance with Company and site security policies, procedures, and standards

·  Accountable for shift compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local security requirements.

·  Accountable for oversight of contract security force and security contract compliance

·  Accountable for oversight of site safety program, overall safety of site and site safety rules

·  Accountable for completion of assigned patrol rounds, criminal and vehicle accident investigations and required reports and record keeping for ABM and site as required

·  Accountable for shift emergency response

·  Documentation of activities performed while on duty and completion of required operational and supervisory responsibilities.

·  Post inspections of all Posts as requested, and Officers to document compliance with ABM Security Officers Handbook Rule and Regulations, Company Policy, and Post Orders.  Periodic checks on Post Orders and Memoranda effecting Post Procedures.  Maintenance of Company Rules and Regulations by example.

·  Completion of Supervisory reports as required.

·  Delivery of communications and materials to remote locations and return of communications and materials from remote locations

·  Ability to work as a security officer in various posts

·  Other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·  High School diploma or equivalent

·  Clean criminal history

·  Licensable by the state as a security officer

·  Should have at least 3 years combined in the security/safety related industry and at least 1 year in a position of supervison

·  Industrial Refinery experience and current TWIC card a plus

·  Must have planning, training, organizational and subordinate development skills.

·  PC proficient, have experience along with strong verbal & written communication skills.

·  Must be able to work current schedule as well as various shifts
