Amano Cincinnati Inc. is seeking a well motivated individual to join our exciting team as Technical Support Engineer of Security and Time products. MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK, READ AND WRITE IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH. Must be comfortable working with electronic hardware and access control and time related software. Must be comfortable with network wiring and communcations protocol: Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485. Must have ability to test and troubleshoot with industry equipment: oscilloscopes, analog & digital multimeters, protocol analyzers, hand tools, other. Must be familiar with MS SQL administration procedures and practices. Must be willing to travel up to 20%.(80% in office telephonic support) Must have EXCELLANT PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS.
