WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR

Bay Alarm Co., the largest family owned and operated Security Alarm Co. in America with 62 years in business, has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Administrator. This opening is for our Greater Los Angeles branch (Van Nuys) area. This individual will be in charge of the branch inventory and equipment repair/return and will provide support and inventory needs for minimum 30 installers/service technicians. Additional job duties include receive and stock all tools, process return of equipment to manufacturer for repair and processing all work orders for the branch. Handle daily shipping and receiving, maintain all reports and logs required for the shop. Handle small building maintenance projects. Coordinating and scheduling of all work orders Supports the field technicians from in-house & out in the field Responsible for general shop management Provide operational support to the Operation Team Act as operation liaison with Installation and Service Management.

To qualify, you must have minimum 2 years of inventory control experience, excellent computer skills. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements: Valid Driver License with clean DMV record, and be able to pass the mandatory background/drug screening check.
