GENERAL FUNCTION: 

Professional service and support new and existing customers of the high-tech, on-line visitor management security service, iVisitor.  Interact with high profile commercial clients requiring excellent service over the telephone and demonstrations via webinars.   

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

 

·                    Provide existing clients with post sales and product support

·                    Perform new customer web-ex presentations

·                    Assist by providing input for product & corporate web site development

·                    Interact internally for order fulfillment and customer support

·                    Assist new customers with telephone support of initial equipment connection

·                    Develop training and support related PowerPoint presentations as needed

·                    Log customer contacts in corporate on-line CRM, Salesforce.com

·                    Performs other duties as assigned.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

·                    Must have excellent customer service and telephone/email communication skills

·                    Capable of multi-tasking with a good understanding of the internet

·                    Willing to learn, support and demonstrate the web-based service, iVisitor

·                    Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred

·                    Knowledge of computer device installation such as printers & cameras a plus
