As the Client Service / Sales Operations Manager, based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters and reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, you will be tasked with establishing and executing best-in-class customer service policies and procedures. Your own commitment to outstanding customer service paired with a proven track record of effectively managing and mentoring a small team of service professionals will enable to you quickly and effectively implement scalable practices that we can carry into the future. Working knowledge of Salesforce.com will allow you to track client requests as well as support the sales teams with forecasting, report generation and proposal templates. Working knowledge of the sales process will ensure that you can effective assist with sales forecasting, budgeting, and streamlining our order processing. Previous professional experience managing a third party fulfillment center will add considerable value as you team with our distributors to ensure all orders are being processed in a timely fashion and coordinate all custom orders. Your hands-on, can-do attitude will serve you well in our multi-hat professional environment, where you can often be asked to juggle a wide variety of tasks.
