Corporate Sales Administrator

The Corporate Sales Administrator will work daily in the corporate office to support the entire Corporate Sales team nationally by dealing with existing and new corporate and government customers. The Corporate Sales Administrator will deal with the customers directly and assist in the overall servicing of the account while tracking accounts receivable.

 

Major Responsibilities:

 Load corporate account information into the computer database effectively.Reconcile account member lists.Order supplies, makes copies and handles incoming faxes.Prepare corporate membership packets, mailers, etc.Maintain corporate sales files (individual and company contracts)Attend weekly department conference calls.Use reports that help support and enhance the Corporate Sales function.Maintain corporate statistics.Maintain and update the weekly Corporate Lead Tracking report and distribute to all Account Managers.Maintain and update the Pipeline and Penetration Reports on a weekly basis.Focus on past-due accounts and create effective ways to collect these funds.Other duties as assigned by the VP of Corporate Sales and Corporate Sales Directors.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

 High school diploma with some college desired.Minimum of 2 years administrative/office experience.Strong computer skills with MSOffice, primarily Excel.Be detail oriented and have good organizational skills.Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to collect past-due accounts while maintaining a positive relationship with customers; be an active listener.Ability to make independents decisions and multi-task.Attendance is critical due to time sensitive deadlines.
