Customer Service Representatives

Power Systems, Inc. is a leading supplier of fitness and sport training equipment and accessories. We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our winning team. The ideal candidates will be a motivated team players committed to providing superior service.



Candidates must possess excellent communications skills, be customer focused, able to effectively solve customer issues, and be computer literate. 8am - 5 pm and 9am - 6 pm shifts available,  NO weekends!!! Previous call center experience preferred. Experience in fitness training and exercise equipment a plus.



Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

- Answer incoming calls for order placement and customer service.

- Enter customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

- Respond and resolve customer service issues via telephone, fax and email.

- Promote company image through professional service and actions.

- Project work as assigned.



Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

- High School Diploma required. Associates or bachelors degree preferred.

- 2 years customer service experience.

- Computer competency with Microsoft Office as well as Internet and email.

- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.
