Executive Administrative Assistant
Description
TYR Sport, Inc., a leading edge swimwear manufacturer, is seeking a talented Executive Administrative Assistant for the Executive Vice President. The EVP is the original founder of the company and is the senior level manager in change of daily operations.
The position is very project oriented and requires a person whose major strength is multi-tasking. It also requires someone who works best in an unstructured environment with the ability to change directions many times a day.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· General administrative duties.
· Heavy coordination with the EVP on legal contracts, trade marking, international and domestic travel, and designated projects.
· Processing of supervisor expense reports.
· Liaise between international partners and internal departments.
· Substantial communications with licensees, distributors, and exporters regarding product line launches, marketing newsletters and other materials designated by the EVP.
· Development of PowerPoint presentations and sales manuals for annual Sales meetings.
· Coordinate international partners’ schedules with the EVP and other executives.
Requirements
VERY IMPORTANT!
An ideal candidate must possess the following:
5+ years of Senior level management administrative assistance.Strong follow-through.Outstanding organizational skills.Effective interpersonal skills (verbal and written).Ability to multitask and work in a diverse and ever-changing environment.A self starter with a proven track record of effective project management.Open to work extra hours when required.Must have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
