FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We have positions available in: Northeast, Colorado, Arizona, and Utah. Successful candidates will maximize dealership parts and accessory sales and improve business operation through on-site dealer visits. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: • Provide assigned dealerships with sales, marketing and merchandising assistance to maximize parts and accessory sales to fullest potential.• Provide consultative advice and information aimed in improving dealer’s overall operation and profitability.• Achieve high dealer participation and sales objective accomplishment for factory-developed programs.• Develop territorial promotions aimed at increasing Genuine Parts and Accessory market share.• Prepare and submit dealership contact reports and monthly summary reports.Requirements include a High School Diploma, Bachelors Degree desired. Sales and motorsports experience preferred. Successful candidates will have knowledge of dealership parts & service processes and systems. Proficiency in computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) is required. Individuals will have good communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to work independently and be self-motivated. Some overnight travel will be required for this position as well.
