MIDTOWN ATHLETIC CLUBS, a division of TCA Holdings, seeks an experienced Fitness Director for our prestigious athletic club in Atlanta, Georgia.

Position Summary

 

Our Fitness Directors are courteous professionals interested in promoting the well-being and satisfaction of our members and guests.  As an integral part of our team you will have a positive impact on our club and the lives of others by:

 

· Acting as a positive role model and leading our team of fitness professionals

· Creating, directing, and promoting fitness programs

· Providing personal training instruction to members

· Providing in-house training to fitness associates 

 

Demonstrating proper exercise techniques to members, guests, and fellow associates

Treating all members, guests, and fellow associates with genuine respect and care

 

Our most successful Fitness Directors:

 

· Have at least three years of fitness leadership experience

· Possess a Bachelor's degree in health sciences or related field

· Have an academic understanding of exercise science and physiology

· Possess at least one nationally recognized certification in group exercise/personal training (ACE, NSCA, ACSM, NASM, Cooper, RTS, etc.)

· Sincerely enjoy helping others improve their health

· Are highly motivated and enjoy talking about the benefits of fitness with others
