Fitness Manager / Personal Training Department Head

 

Our Department of Fitness provides members with challenging workout sessions designed to address their individual goals.  Team responsibilities include: meeting/exceeding monthly goals, developing/maintaining individualized fitness programs, conducting fitness appointments, & prospecting.

 

Responsibilities include managing the overall direction, development, coordination, & supervision of the Personal Training Team to ensure members are offered various services/programs aimed at maximizing client workout efficiency, stamina, sense of well-being and total fitness experience.  Also expected to ensure continuous professional growth & development of all trainers with the aim of success through retention.

 

Qualified applicants must be nationally certified with a minimum of one year training experience.  Education requirements include a HS or GED diploma and a B.A. or equivalent in kinesiology, sports medicine, or an equivalent field of study.  Please apply if you are organized and excellent at time-management.  Must also be capable of excellent communication with extensive knowledge of related industry trends, etc.
