Healthworks Fitness Centers for Women is currently in search of a General Manager. As greater Boston’s premier group of women-only fitness centers, Healthworks has five locations: Back Bay, Brookline, Cambridge, Chestnut Hill and Salem, MA.

The successful candidate will have extensive management experience, especially in an operational environment and in the service business. Proven skill with P&Ls, expense management and general business expertise a must. Experience in sales, sales management and the fitness business is preferred. Additional qualifications include excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, a passion for fitness, as well as a strong desire to further their career in a high-energy company generally considered the industry leader in women’s health and fitness.
