Group Aqua Instructor

PROACTIVE PARTNERS, a division of TCA Holdings, seeks an experienced Group Aqua Instructor to lead classes at Taking Care Center (Travelers) in Hartford, Connecticut.

Position Summary

 

Our Group Aquatics Instructors are courteous professionals interested in promoting the well-being and satisfaction of our members and guests.  As an integral part of our team you will have a positive impact on the lives of others by:

 

· Leading participants through an engaging and dynamic aqua workout

· Ensuring club programs are safe, fun, challenging, and motivating

· Planning and preparing aqua classes

· Eliciting and incorporating participant feedback

· Providing exceptional customer service

· Treating all members, guests, and fellow associates with genuine respect and care

 

Our most successful Aqua Instructors:

 

· Have at least one year of group aqua instruction experience

· Possess strong customer service skills

· Sincerely enjoy helping others improve their health and quality of life

· Are enthusiastic, friendly, and positive

· Maintain nationally recognized certification(s) in Aqua Aerobics, CPR, and First Aid

· Enjoy promoting wellness and exercise programs
