HR Generalist

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this leading organization as an HR Generalist. The key function of this role will be to take responsibility for providing advice to employees in the areas of policy, procedures, health benefits, FMLA, ADA, and all other areas of absence. Reporting to a regional manager, key responsibilities include:•Employee relations•Heavy full life-cycle recruiting•Coordinating benefit programs•Dealing with audits, new employee orientation, and committee participation.Who we're looking forThe ideal candidate will have the following:•  2 - 4 years of HR Experience with a strong focus on recruiting•  The ability to quickly build relationships with leaders and hiring managers•  A desire to work independently in a fast paced, high pressure environment•  Strong knowledge of wage and hour, EEO, ADA, FLSA laws and the legalities and ethics of recruiting•  Strong computer skills using MS Office•  A willingness to travel locally to meet recruiting goals•  Associates Degree in HR or a related field•  PHR preferredAbout our clientOur client, Publishers Circulation Fulfillment Inc. provides newspaper distribution outsourcing solutions for publishers, and has done so for more than 20 years.
