Jr. Staff Accountant

Great opportunity as a Jr. Accountant for a fast- paced recreation company in Santa Ana. We need an energetic candidate to be part of the accounting team, as well as a contributing member of our growing company.

 

Requirements:

Bilingual English/Vietnamese is a MUST (speak, read, write)

BA/BS required with concentration in Accounting,

Excellent communication skills, detail oriented and multi tasking

Excellent analytical, negotiation & problem solving skills

Minimum 3+ yr of work experience in the accounting field

Great team worker with positive/can-do attitude.

Proficiency in Quickbook, MS Excel, Word and Outlook, Computer savvy.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Purchase and control inventory to ensure the availability of stock for wholesale and retail customers.

Perform account reconciliation, analysis and projection to fulfill the purchasing need

Interact professionally and amiably with customers, vendors, affiliates from different states and VN manufactures on a daily basis via phone and e-mail.

Process facility payments

Research and resolve discrepancies with customers, vendors.

Prepare invoices, weekly deposits, and follow up on customer collections, NSF checks and collection agencies.

Assist and support Accounting Manager on other accounting and business related projects
