Maintenance Supervisor

Presently we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Manatee Clubs to join our team!   Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities: The Maintenance Supervisor primary responsibilities are to supervisor maintenance technicians and ensure the highest possible standards of internal and external maintenance of the club facilities. The Manatee area the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for includes Naples, Venice, Sarasota and Bradenton Clubs. Principal Responsibilities: Trains and develops maintenance technicians to perform their duties effectively Supervises, schedules, and follows-up on activities of the maintenance staff Ensures compliance to company rules, policies and proceduresMaintains fitness equipment within the facility including pin select, cardio-vascular, free weight, stationary equipment, etc. Repairs and maintains basic building and ground maintenance including repairs to electrical and plumbing fixturesMaintains a set schedule for assigned clubsMaintains work logs and paperwork relative to the maintenance of the facilityNotifies Club Operations Manager and District Operations Manager immediately of any safety or health hazards Responds within 20 minutes to any emergency situation Responds immediately to all digital pages Notifies the supervisor with 5 days advance notice if plans to be outside of area Participates in the overall safety, comfort and cleanliness of facilityAttends all mandatory meetingsMaintains highest level of professional ethics and compliance with all club rules and regulations  Qualifications Advance knowledge and understanding of electric, plumbing and mechanics.
