SERVICES INCLUDE:

*PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

*TITLEIST PERFORMANCE INSTITUTE (TPI) – Golf specific movement screenings and exercise prescription provided by Titleist Golf.

*THE FIGHTING BACK POST REHAB PROGRAM - Fitness training for those affected by neurological injuries/illness. Affiliated with Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital.

* ATHLETES IN TRAINING - Sport specific speed, agility and strength training for individuals and teams.

 

FITNESS COORDINATOR

 Management of a fitness center within a premier country club, rehab facility or club.Includes management of personnel, membership & programming

 

Starting 40K quickly moving to performance incentive -- 5K,10K+ and more!!!
