Personal Trainer/Front Desk Manager

PROACTIVE PARTNERS, a division of TCA Holdings, seeks a Personal Trainer/Front Desk Manager for the CDW Fitness Center in Vernon Hills, Illinois.

Position Summary

 

Our Personal Trainers/Front Desk Managers are courteous professionals interested in promoting the well-being and satisfaction of our members and guests.  As an integral part of our team you will have a positive impact on the lives of others by:

 

· Overseeing front desk activities and managing approximately ten part-time front desk associates

· Pleasantly addressing member questions and issues

· Providing personal training services to members

· Exhibiting outstanding customer service that encourages repeat participation in club activities and services 

· Treating all members, guests, and fellow associates with genuine respect and care

 

Our most successful Personal Trainers/Front Desk Managers:

 

· Hold at least one nationally recognized certification in personal training

· Possess supervisory abilities within a service environment

· Maintain intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Sincerely enjoy helping others improve their health and quality of life

· Carry themselves in an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive manner

· Demonstrate strong customer service skills
