Membership Sales Director

 

Motion Fitness Club, an upscale fitness club with over 1200 members, is seeking a full-time Sales Director.  The candidate must have strong verbal skills, sales experience, excellent customer service abilities, be computer literate, and be a self-starter.  At minimum, candidate must have completed a bachelor's degree.

The Membership Sales Director position includes the following responsibilities:
-Membership sales to new customers
-Membership renewals to existing member base
-Group membership/corporate membership sales
-Comprehensive lead tracking & follow up via telephone/letters/email
-Create mail merge letters to customers
-Follow up calls to new members and inactive members
-General referrals from existing members & leads for new sales
-Generate leads with new marketing/advertising campaigns
-Maintain customer accounts
-Constant awareness of local competitor pricing and programming
-Create and implement marketing ideas/events to bring in new members


Compensation package includes base pay plus commission. Earning potential ranges from $40,000 to $45,000 annually. Monthly and quarterly bonus potential up to $2,000 per year.
