A Great Entry Level Sales Position! IT Recruiter in Austin, TX

Sapphire's Austin office (located in the Arboretum area) is searching for an experienced IT Recruiter. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years recruiting experience, preferably in the IT field. We are looking for someone to be 100% candidate-focused for both contract and permanent placement. You will be sourcing, screening, conducting in person and phone interviews, testing, negotiating, and building relationships with candidates. 




Required Skills: 2-5 years recruiting experience. A solid work ethic, desire to succeed, good oral and written communication skills, desire for a long term career with Sapphire, and strong relationship building skills are required.




Desired Skills (not required): Recruiting experience in the Austin area or elsewhere. A proven record making cold calls to recruit applicants and generate leads. Telephone and in person recruiting, interviewing potential consultants, attending job fairs, on-site consultant visits, relationship building, ability to understand industry trends and issues.
