ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Title:   Account Executive
Reports to: President & COO

 

 

Purpose/Objective:
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing TTINC existing Clients as well as developing new prospects. 

 

Summary of Responsibilities and Duties:

 Prospect and introduce TTINC services to prospects.Foster additional relationships with existing TTINC accounts.Create additional revenue streams within existing accounts. Perform proper discovery for qualified requirements.Work with the Delivery Team to support the prioritization of current openings.Ensure understanding of future hiring plans within accounts to support proactive recruiting measures.Manage the submittal and Client interview processes.Maintain relationships with Clients and Associates.



Key Accountabilities:

 Achieve activity and sales results on a weekly basis.Ensure completion of entire placement cycle while supporting TTINC’s Process Flow and Quality Control Process.Any additional responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the Director of Recruiting, the COO, and/or the President/CEO.



Requirements:2-5 years of sales or account management experience in Staffing, IT, Software or Professional Services.High level of comfort prospecting for new business as well as managing and maintaining current relationships.Excellent communication skills- verbal and written. Sense of urgency.Strong work ethic/Self motivated. Confidence and credibility.
