Account Coordinator

Fusion Solutions Inc. is an Inc 500 Company; established Dallas Texas. We provide a comprehensive range of staffing, consulting and project management services for the Telecom industry. 

 

Due to our continued growth, we are adding experienced recruiters to our team!

 

The successful candidate  will have 4-5 years recruiting experience in Wireless Telecommunications, Software Engineering and IT general.  Possess  a 4 year degree in communications or electrical engineering. Only qualified candidates will be considered.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing technical professionals for project based job opportunities.

Review resumes and update candidate position and status.

Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources including personal network, job boards and other networking-related functions.

Source and qualify candidates for clients specific needs, improve and organize candidate database.

Utilize multiple techniques to source qualified candidates for client base. These techniques include, but are not limited to, cold calling, referrals, job boards and professional associations.

Interview candidates to determine technical skills and opportunity match

Ability to effectively manage multiple requirements and deliver on a high volume basis.

Knowledge of advanced internet sourcing techniques.
